What is TRC?
TRC — The Referral Collective — is a business collective for business owners and leaders. It is built on trusted relationships that turn into referrals, credibility and leadership. It is not a networking meeting you attend; it is a structured environment you belong to.
Is TRC just networking?
No. Networking produces contacts. TRC is designed to produce relationships — people who understand your business, trust what you do and know when to introduce you. Members meet consistently, contribute before they ask and hold one another accountable.
What are the three promises?
More Business — warm referrals and meaningful conversations in a room designed for business to happen. More Credibility — a business that is visible, verifiable and trusted. More Leadership — growth as a leader inside the Collective and in your own business.
How do TRC360, AAA and BOS fit in?
TRC is the Collective — the umbrella everything sits under. TRC360, AAA and BOS are its enablers. TRC360 keeps your relationships, referrals and recognition connected in one app. AAA makes your credibility verifiable through independent accreditation. BOS helps you run your business better.
What does membership involve?
Lifetime Membership in a chapter with one member per business category, so your competitor cannot sit in your seat. Chapters meet in the evening, when the day is done, and continue informally at TRC After Hours. Every member goes through a structured induction and progresses along the Member Journey.
What is the Member Journey?
A seven-stage path that recognises how a member grows in the Collective: Proud Member, Certified Member, Gold Member, Prime Member, Ambassador, Champion and Mentor. Progress is recorded in TRC360, so every stage is visible and shareable.
When does TRC launch, and how do I join?
TRC is preparing to launch and is opening chapters city by city. Founding membership is announced first to people who have registered their interest — register on the Membership page and a person, not an automation, will be in touch.
